In the summer of 2007, Legacy Marketing Partners was interested in rebuilding and further customizing their proprietary event management system. They brought the project to Jaskot Media, which contacted PX Media to handle the development efforts.

Together with Chris Jaskot managing the project and interfacing with the client, PX Media began creating a customized system that met Legacy Marketing Partners' requirements. Their goal was to modernize their internal management structure and move their paperwork and reporting efforts into an online environment.

In addition to mirroring their organizational structure, the result included a customizable form builder and paperwork section, PDF and Excel exports for much of their data, a color-coded event calendar and a granular permissions system to ensure that each user was only able to view or modify specific sets of data.

Pleased with the efforts, Legacy is now mulling expansions of the system to provide public access to their clients, increasing the value they provide to their clients and enhancing their desirability as a marketing partner.
